Yes I'm a coach, but I'm a human first. I'm a self-employed momma to two kids and a fur baby and I feel this struggle too - oh man is it ever human!
After 20 years coaching clients, and walking the path myself, I've unlocked the key to living a healthy lifestyle - no matter what is going on (and it's not some fancy meal plan or a new fitness fad). It's a mindset.

Bottom line: because "programs" are part of the problem.
One of the most consistent complaints I hear from people is that they just can't seem to "stick with it."
They sign up for the programs and download the plans, but then life happens and it just doesn't seem to work, at least not for them.
And they're not alone - YOU'RE not alone.
