One of the most consistent complaints I hear from people is that they just can't seem to "stick with it."

Everywhere we look there are ads for programs, plans and solutions. And yet, more than 80% of us struggle to be consistent with physical activity. And when it comes to nutrition, the stats aren't any better (ask me if you want all the geeky details).
