Swim, ride, walk or run your way to the finish line of your choosing and help us raise funds for Haven Society

All proceeds from this virtual clinic and event will go directly to Haven Society. I'm donating my time as a coach so together we can make a big difference to local women and families!

  • Walk or Hike 5k/ 8k/ 10k
  • Run 5k/ 8k/10k
  • Ride 15k/ 25k/ 50k (road or trail). 
  • Put 3 events together to build your very own triathlon!

About our cause: Haven Society

Haven Society's mission is to promote the integrity and safety of women, children, youth and families and the development of a respectful and healthy community. They accomplish this by providing a range of services, public education and advocacy. 

Over the past 4 years Move with Meaning has raised over $70.000 for Haven Society. Help us raise that number and make a difference to women, children, youth and families. 


  • Do I need any experience to participate?

    Absolutely not! This is an all levels, all abilities, all bodies welcome challenge! There is a walking and running plan that both require no experience at all!

  • Do I need any equipment?

    Some of the optional strength training and stretching videos will involve equipment. If you choose to do those, it would be helpful to have a yoga mat and a set of dumbbells if possible. If not you can also make do with a set of cans (legit).

  • Can my kids participate?

    Absolutely! Please be advised that the training plans are intended for adults, however if your child wants to train with you, that sounds like a super fun way to connect.
